Vintage Shark fisherman cleaver cutter from 1960s.
This is a primitive tool from a counrty farmhouse kitchen. Used as a South European fisherman knife, cleaver, cutter used for sea fish processing, probably chopped off more than its share of fish heads. Fantastic solid sharp tool, ready to use or display. Made in the 1960's, from Ceske Budejovice, Czechoslovakia. Weighs ? ounces. ? inches long, ? inches at the blade.
